Tammi is a brilliant and great-hearted young woman who applies herself energetically to an impressive array of roles. She pursues advanced education, is a linchpin in a large and tightknit family, stands strong beside a husband who adores her, and serves as hands-on caregiver to two women (Abuelita and Maggie) with serious illnesses/disabilities. She works hard, non-stop, with humour and efficiency, yet is paid nowhere near her value. To allow her to continue the good she is doing, we her loyal tribe have created this fund to pay her a monthly bonus -- still not enough but lifting her from outrageous minimum wage.
